We have been engaged with CBED for close to 4 years and they happen to be one of the first clients of SRV. Right from documentation to proposal writing, we are helping CBED through our different services. Thanks to Mr Anil Tyagi (Executive Director, CBED) who has continued his trust in us.

Proposal Writing: Despite CBED being a 20-year-old, the organization was facing some issues in terms of raising funds for sustaining their projects. During discussions with the core team of CBED it was realised that in the absence of a professional grant writer, they were unable to submit quality proposals to various foundations. This was where we engaged with CBED and wrote a couple of proposals for them. The winning grant proposals for them included:

  1. Mushroom Cultivation for Livelihood Enhancement submitted under NMHS small grants.
  2. Bio-resource assessment in three districts of Uttarakhand was submitted to GIZ.

Visibility Enhancement: We have recently re-engaged with CBED to work on their visibility enhancement. This will be including the following:

    1. Redesigning their existing website. (www.cbedce.org)
    2. Compiling successful case studies
    3. Documentation of annual and other project reports
